Mindy Slovinsky, MS, LCSW
Individual and Group Psychotherapy Guided Meditation Classes Mindy is a licensed psychotherapist. She holds a master's degree in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Social Work from Boston University. Mindy offers therapeutic services to individuals seeking to be more present and actively engaged in their lives and able to enjoy what is important to them. Her work is from an evidence-informed perspective. She practices Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which means helping clients learn and use mindfulness and acceptance-based strategies and exercises to decrease the distress caused by painful thoughts, emotions, memories and physical sensations and improve their quality of life. |

Massage therapist and Herbalist Alpine Wellness Adella graduated from a 600-hr training program at Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, ME in 2021. She provides intuitive and integrative massage therapy weaving aromatherapy, cupping, stretching, herbal remedies and heat therapy into her sessions. Clinical Herbalist Madcap Moksha Apothecary Kathleen is a clinical herbalist with over 20 years of progressive experience in alternative wellness, herbalism, and holistic esthetics. She is currently an associate member of The American Herbalist Guild, working towards her clinical registration. She is the owner and creator behind Madcap Moksha Apothecary, developing hand grown and prepared botanicals and herbal medicines. She is a graduate of the Clinical Herbalism Apprenticeship at Greenwood Herbals in Limerick, ME, as well as the wellness and Alternative Medicine Ayurvedic Studies program at Northern Vermont University. Kathleen's experience in healing encompasses many skills and modalities, with an emphasis on Western, Ayurvedic and Middle Eastern medicines, with a focus on the person "whole", prevention, functional nutrition and movement as well as herbal and lifestyle recommendations to address and support any number of health, physical, mental and even spiritual concerns. She is passionate about herbal education, custom formulating, gardening, wildcrafting, herbal lore and leading others towards life on the "green path". Kathleen resides in South Portland, ME with her longtime companion Remy, a long-haired dachshund, and can be found hiking nearby trails, hunting for wild mushrooms, immersed in the ocean or leading students in her garden during the growing seasons. |
